Delivery & Returns
UK Shipping
- We offer free DHL Next Day Delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be charged £3.95 delivery.
- UK Mainland customers should receive orders the next working day if ordered by 12 midday. However, if you order after 10am there is a possibility that your order will be sent the following day.
- Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a bank holiday.
- DHL will take longer to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with the following postcodes taking 2 days: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. The following postcodes will take 2-4 days according to their estimates: HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 and ZE1-ZE3.
- Our deliveries are made using third parties and include delivery to the Channel Islands.
US Shipping
- We deliver to all 50 US states and will ship your order within 24 hours via USPS (The US Postal Service). Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
- We offer free USPS shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $50 will be charged $10 shipping. (Exceptions: shipping and handling to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be charged $25.00)
- All items are subject to availability.
- PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office addresses are not accepted.
- Your personal details are held securely and we will not pass them onto other organisations.
Returns Policy
All returns are accepted at the discretion of Organic Colour Systems. To request a return, please contact the Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving the order via: hello@herbuk.com.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.
If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once your return has been approved, please send your item(s) to the address provided by the Customer Care team. For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Herb UK does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
