Shipping /
- We deliver to all 50 US states and will ship your order within 24 hours via UPS. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery.
- We offer free UPS shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $100 will be charged $10 shipping. (Exceptions: shipping and handling to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico will be charged $25.00)
- All items are subject to availability.
- PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office addresses are not accepted.Â
- Your personal details are held securely and we will not pass them onto other organisations.
Returns Policy /
All returns are accepted at the discretion of Organic Colour Systems. To request a return, please contact the Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving the order via: hello@herbuk.com.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.
If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once your return has been approved, please send your item(s) to the address provided by the Customer Care team. For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Herb UK does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
ExchangesÂ
If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
