With 20 years of experience in the salon industry, Sarah’s passion for hair is rooted in enhancing someone’s naturally beautiful features. As she explains, “I love that this career is a true creative outlet where art meets science, and every guest is a new canvas.”Her career has taken her from Arizona to New York, where she worked on film sets, photoshoots, NY Fashion Week, and behind the chair as a colour specialist at one of the city’s most reputable salons. In 2010, she shifted to organic and sustainable products, prioritising the health of the hair and scalp while still achieving stunning, personalised results.

Sarah became an OCS Educator in 2015, travelling across the U.S. and abroad — from San Francisco to NYC to London — educating fellow stylists and contributing to creative editorial shoots. Her work emphasises the science behind hair and colour, and she is especially passionate about ongoing education and helping others master the healthiest ways to achieve beautiful results.

A Central Phoenix native, Sarah is proud to live, work, and create in the neighbourhood where she grew up. In 2016, she co-founded Organic Hair Lab, a space built on sustainability, creativity, and care. She believes in the importance of a full experience: from the moment a guest walks in to when they leave, she wants them to feel relaxed, inspired, and taken care of. For Sarah, doing hair is a collaboration — whether the vision is classic or unconventional.

Outside the salon, Sarah enjoys camping, hiking, paddle boarding, live music, and spending time with her husband and their two beloved dogs. She specialises in dimensional colour, rich brunettes, vibrant reds, low-maintenance layers, and a wide range of short styles, from barbered fades to soft pixies.
